Retreats with Stacie

Be Bold. Explore. Find yourSELF.

Unplug, recharge, and be filled with wonder.

There is no greater investment than in yourSELF.

Coming back home to your body, mind, and spirit is the greatest thing you can do for your health, vitality, relationships. It will take courage, determination, investment, and commitment to your own growth... you may feel like you cannot take the time, resources, and focus for yourself when there are so many other people and priorities. So it may not be easy. But it is so, so simple.

You need fresh air. You need to immerse yourself in nature ~ the jungle, the sea, the wildlife, the mountains, the rivers. You need nourishing food loving prepared FOR YOU. You need to move your body. You need to shake up your routine & explore & get way out of your comfort zone. You need to UNPLUG. You need to remember (or realize) that there are genuine, lovely humans out there ready to share and laugh and cry with you. You need CONNECTION.

A yoga retreat is not just a "vacation". It is an opportunity to come home to yourself and remember who you are, and to be filled with wonder and gratitude and contentment.

Let's do it together.

  • What will the daily schedule look like?
First and foremost, we will be on "retreat time"... which means, we will go with the flow each day and the schedule is always subject to refinement! The priority is to de-stress and rejuvenate, so all classes, meals, and excursions are optional and customizable. DAILY SCHEDULE: 6:30am - coffee, tea, fruit available 7:00-8:00am - Silent Meditation at yoga shala (arrive at any point as you are ready, enter in silence) 8:00-9:00am - Morning Flow practice 9:30am - Breakfast *FREE TIME* 12:30pm - Lunch *FREE TIME* 5:30-6:30pm - Afternoon Flow/Yin practice 7:00pm - Dinner
  • Do I need to have a regular yoga practice?
You will certainly find more enjoyment and fulfillment in the classes and in the whole retreat experience if you are already familiar with Vinyasa Flow style yoga classes, and have been practicing leading up to the retreat. It is recommended that you develop a gentle and consistent practice at home or in a studio, so that once we arrive at our slice of paradise, we are ready to connect, drop in deeply, and soak up all the amazing benefits that the retreat will offer. If you have mobility concerns or are healing, please let Stacie know so that considerations can be made based on the retreat center location and layout.
  • How will I get to and from the retreat center?
Based on your retreat center location, you will receive recommendations on airport(s) to fly into, and possible jumper planes or ferries. Stacie will help organize shuttles to and from the retreat center for those who want to travel as a group; it is always an option to travel solo and make your own way to the center. Guests will share their travel information with the Stacie and the retreat center so that we can support you and help you have a safe & easy travel experience. We will also communicate via WhatsApp when traveling internationally to stay connected and share with one another!
  • Can I do a payment plan?
Absolutely! A $500 non-refundable deposit holds your space on the retreat, and there will be a date in which we need all guests to be paid in full; a payment schedule will be suggested, but all guests are welcome to make payments as they like.
