We will journey into the countryside in picturesque Malaga, Spain, to the most enchanting yoga retreat center you can imagine. Up on the hill, Molino del Rey has incredible views from the yoga deck, restaurant, and your cozy room... and carved into the hill, their spectacular meditation cave will be our oasis for deep contemplation and healing.

Together we will spend the week doing meditation, gentle flowing morning movement, yin & restorative practices, yoga nidra, and sound healing. This is the perfect space for turning inwards, hitting reset, and coming home to yourself. In between practices, you can spend your days swimming in the pool, reading in a hammock, or simply resting in paradise.

For those who want to indulge in the surrounding beauty, there is an abundance of hikes right from the retreat center... and since we are only an hour drive from the southern coast of Spain, we can also take an excursion to the ocean!
